Adaptive was created in 2004 with the backing of Entrepreneurs of the Future Award by Associação Comercial e Industrial do Funchal. Adaptive research group was located at Centro de Empresas e Inovação da Madeira in Madeira Tecnopolo (Madeira Free Science Park), now we are completly virtualized, no open offices.

We research and develop projects in Artificial Intelligence, Communication Security, Electronic Transaction Systems, Adaptive Computing and UI Usability.

Under way are the development of several Content Management Systems for Media and Tourism.
The sole purpose is to innovate Corporations and adapting them to Market changes.
